An Active File Mode Transition Mechanism Based on Directory Activation Ratio in File Synchronization Service

In this paper, we propose an active file mode change mechanism in which the synchronization system of cloud storage automatically changes files a directory client to online or local by considering tradeoff between usage and access time according activation ratio. When ratio rises above certain threshold, proposed selects based on delay them reduce IoT clients. falls below last increase available storage. Experimental results show that can control when how much changing parameters requirements various devices.
